You'll dine on innovative dishes prepared with distinctive regional ingredients. Whenever possible, Chef de Cuisine Chad Shrewsbury sources sustainable seafood, meats, and produce. The current menu features Northern California produce, meats from The Sausage Factory in Carson City and Sierra Meats in Reno, chicken and lamb from Petaluma Poultry in Sonoma County, and local cheeses. During the summer months, dine al fresco on the bistro patio. The floor-to-ceiling windows and stone fireplace create a cozy ambience indoors year-round. Six Peaks Grille is also known for signature cocktails, particularly martinis, and offers an extensive wine list.
